T.RAD is a "heat exchanger specialized manufacturer."
Heat is always generated when energy is used, and heat exchange technology is required there.
It is the role of the heat exchanger to efficiently warm / cool / convert heat to other energy.
The market is very large. Automobiles and motorcycles, as well as LED bulbs as a familiar example, generate heat, therefore they have to be cooled to the proper temperature.
It is also an important technology for CO2 reduction.

Since its foundation in 1936, we have been exploring temperature control that is a key to efficient energy extraction. The accumulated knowledge and know-how are now being utilized as a technology contributing to the prevention of global warming.
Even if fuel type and life style change, there is a demand for heat exchange in places where there is energy use. T.RAD is a pioneer company that continues to challenge the mission to increase energy efficiency in the society.

When various machines and engines such as automobiles, motorcycles, hydraulic excavators, etc. are running, there is always a heat coming out. We are a specialized company in heat exchangers that chill the heat or apply it to other energy.
If you open the hood of the car or observe into the construction machine which is active at the construction site, there are many products of our company. The share of heat exchangers for hydraulic excavators, motorcycles and forklifts is top of the world in fiscal 2017 as well.
It is environmental products that we are focusing on. This is a product that contributes to lower fuel consumption and nitrogen oxide reduction. The development elements are very diverse including reducing weight without performance loss, cooling exhaust gas returned to the engine, and warming the oil at engine startup.

State-of-the-art heat exchanger technology leading the life of next generation.
T.RAD is also working on the development of high performance heat exchangers leading the next generation of living. Heat exchanger for domestic fuel cells such as Eco Cute (hot water supply system) using natural refrigerant and Ene Farm that provides comfortable space. Furthermore, radiators and EGR coolers, etc. of T.RAD are installed in diesel powered vehicles which comply with exhaust emission regulations, as well as hybrid vehicles, seen in town.
In addition, focusing on the world after 5 years, 10 years, we are also aggressive in developments ahead of the needs of various cutting-edge fields. For example, a product for electric vehicles and a reforming system using natural gas are included.

In addition to Japan, we have development bases in three major markets in the world (North America, China, Asia) and are responding to the needs of each region with flexible development. Also, our production base is a global five-polar organization, creating high profitability.
Expatriate employee working in the world will be appointed regardless of administrative or technical positions. They may be appointed even from young employees who are in the fourth year of joining the company.

More than 250 engineers are working on development at Kanagawa prefecture and Aichi prefecture bases.

Learn manufacturing physically with an extensive training system
In our education system, not only OJT by department, but also learning environment of basic knowledge is unified by group training, so we are working on stable training without difference of the teaching side.
Companywide training is provided for all new graduate employees after joining regardless of their occupation. While learning business manners and projects, you will deepen exchanges with colleagues joined same year.
At each domestic production base, you will learn manufacturing physically and deepen your understanding of the company.
As you can challenge with confidence by receiving specialized guidance, trainings that is tailored to the level, such as leadership training, will be introduced after the assignment. We are improving the environment where employees can grow their ambition more.
