The global business environment continues to evolve rapidly, driven by geopolitical developments, foreign exchange fluctuations, and changing economic conditions. Against this backdrop, the assumptions underlying our business operations are constantly shifting. In fiscal 2025, we advanced initiatives aligned with the goals of T.RAD-2025 by
leveraging the Group’s core strengths and technological expertise.
To expand market share and enhance profitability, we are actively pursuing the expansion of production facilities and manufacturing capacity in the United States, Japan, and other regions. In the automotive industry, alongside the growth of battery electric vehicles (BEVs), we recognize the increasing importance of multi-pathway solutions that support diverse powertrain technologies. As a specialized heat exchanger manufacturer with world-class expertise and engineering capabilities, we continue to develop and supply advanced heat exchanger products compatible with a wide range of mobility solutions, contributing to the realization of carbon neutrality.
India remains one of our key growth markets. Our joint venture with the TATA Group, India’s largest conglomerate, has a history spanning 28 years. By combining the strengths, resources, and expertise of both T.RAD and the TATA Group, we continue to expand our business and strengthen our presence in the region.
We are also exploring next-generation technologies and new business opportunities, including heat exchangers for AI-related data centers, humanoid robotics, and aerospace applications. In addition, we are promoting new business domains through the expansion of T.RAD Connect and the external deployment of digital transformation (DX) tools.
Our expertise in developing lightweight, high-performance heat exchangers directly supports the advancement of green transformation (GX). At the same time, we continue to promote carbon neutrality (CN) initiatives through the introduction of energy-efficient facilities and the expanded use of solar power generation. Furthermore, we are advancing circular economy (CE) initiatives by increasing the use of recycled materials such as aluminum and plastics, as well as nature-positive (NP) activities including water conservation and community cleanup efforts.
Since our founding in 1936, T.RAD has been a pioneer in heat exchanger manufacturing, providing products for a wide range of applications, including the automotive industry. Guided by our management philosophy of contributing to a sustainable society through outstanding thermal energy conversion technologies and services, we remain committed to supporting both industrial development and environmental sustainability.
In 2026, we will celebrate the 90th anniversary of our founding. Looking ahead, we will continue striving to create value for our customers, shareholders, employees, business partners, and local communities through manufacturing excellence and environmental contribution.
